Before we animate anything, we storyboard it and design it. Research, moodboards, and character sketches form the foundation. We follow a conventional film workflow — script, storyboard, art design, lighting, blocking. What you see in the final frame is the result of many human decisions.
What comes after is a deliberate layering of tools on a hybrid production model inside a unified digital pipeline.
PRODUCTION PIPELINE
Scripts are broken down shot-by-shot. Character sheets, location designs, and animatics are produced. The visual identity — palette, line style, lighting moods — is locked at this stage.
Characters are composited onto designed environments. Reference footage is traced, translating lived movement into drawn form.
Live-action recording of actors for voice performance and rotoscope reference. We build the physical library that becomes the structural skeleton for the animation.
Animated sequences are composed and edited. VFX and colour grading are added. Sound design and Foley are integrated. All deliverables meet broadcast standards.
