ABOUT

Two tracks, one studio.
11:11 is an independent animation studio. We operate at US Pacific Time, and collaborate with filmmakers and animators worldwide.
Our screenplays are 100% originally authored. We focus on developing original projects, ranging from short and feature films to full-length series.
We are passionate about crafting thought-provoking stories and draw on genres such as science fiction to pose complex questions through striking visuals.
The studio runs on two tracks that feed one another. The first is our own intellectual property. The second is a premium commissioned practice: selective, high-craft animation for brands and institutions who value working with artists.

core TEAM

Aram Vidal
Founder & CEO

Vanessa Batista
Producer & director
Batista is an award-winning producer and filmmaker. She trained in Film Directing at the Escola de Mitjans Audiovisuals (EMAV) in Barcelona.
Her award-winning films Ellas (2012) and Lula (2013) screened at numerous international festivals. Her second feature Calle Cuba (2026), premiered at the Miami Film Festival.
At 11:11 Film Studio she brings this full-spectrum authorship to the producer's chair — pairing festival-tested storytelling instincts with the practical command of international co-production that gets ambitious work financed and finished.
Vidal is a writer, director and producer who has worked in fiction films, animation and documentaries for over two decades. As the founder of Kastalia Films he produced and directed internationally recognized films and documentaries that have been celebrated across the festival circuit.
Alongside this work, he quietly embarked on a longer project: the creation of an expansive science fiction universe, populated by intricate factions and characters that grew too large for any single form.
11:11 Film Studio was established to provide this universe with a proper home and to present it to adult audiences through animation.

gloria carrión
director & writer
Gloria Carrión is a director and screenwriter, whose work bridges documentary, fiction, and animation.
Her film, Heiress of the Wind (2017), went on to screen at more than 80 international film festivals, winning several awards. With Hojas de K. (2022), she turned to animation, transforming the testimonies of women who took part in Nicaragua's 2018 civic uprising into a dreamlike, hand-drawn short. She holds a Master's in Filmmaking from the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires and a Master's in Development from the London School of Economics.

Where we're going
A studio built for what comes next. The film and animation industry is being remade. New tools are collapsing the distance between what an independent studio can imagine and what it can afford to produce. We intend to be part of that shift — and to shape it on our own terms.
We are building a production pipeline that lets a small, author-led studio make films and series at professional quality, in less time and at lower cost than the old model allowed — without ever losing the hand of the artist. Technology decides how. The soul decides why.

Authored IP
OPENMIND and EMBERS were written, designed and structured by the studio's creative core. Not adaptations, not licensed concepts — original worlds, copyright-protected, developed over years.
Clean structure
Independently owned, newly incorporated. No legacy agreements, no inherited arrangements. The studio moves at the speed of the decision, not the speed of the organization.
REAL AUDIENCE
Adult-targeted, thematically universal, formatted for the acquisition logic of contemporary streamers — 90-minute features, ten-episode seasons, cross-territory potential by design.
